You have found the support page for our iOS apps.

The following issues are currently under investigation and we're working hard to fix them. If you see your issue noted below, there is no need to contact us. We will automatically release an update shortly. Please ensure that you have automatic updates turned on for your device. Before submitting a support request, please make sure that your device is running the most recent system update AND that you have recently updated the app using the App Store. Please check the version of your app by clicking on the Settings panel. Note the version/build number at the top of the panel.

Current Issues

- January 25, 2020: (Version 1.27): On some iPad models running iOS 13, the settings menu is distorted. The app's central flashcard operations and commentaries on each question are still functional.

Past Issues

- RESOLVED. January 9, 2020: On some iPhone models running iOS 13 with dark mode enabled, the pop-up menu is without text. (Fixed in update 1.24)

- RESOLVED. May 20, 2019: "About Dr. Guy" page clipped on some devices. (Fixed in update 1.19)

- RESOLVED. May 18, 2019: Questions clipped on some devices. (Fixed in update 1.18).
